Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily floor operations in the restaurant

• Ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction

• Supervise and support the floor team to deliver exceptional hospitality

• Handle reservations and coordinate table assignments efficiently

• Oversee cleanliness, ambiance, and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Assist in training and mentoring staff

Your skills

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in hospitality

• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish & Dutch is a plus)

• A knack for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences

• A hands-on and proactive approach to work

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

• Able to handle stress and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of reservation systems (familiarity with Formitable is a plus)
